Super Bowl XLIV- Finger Foods Gone Wild

Looking for a new twist on nachos and dip? Try my Spicy Tuna TarTar with Citrus Ponzu for a chip that's packed with a punch! The crispy nacho, pure opulence of ahi tuna and tangy citrus ponzu- it's sure to score a touchdown with your guests.

(1) bag of tortilla chips
(1/4 lb)of fresh ahi tuna(diced)
(1)Avocado (diced)

Citrus Ponzu
(1/2)cup of soy sauce
(1/4)cup of orange juice
(1)stalk of lemongrass
(1)knob of ginger

Add ponzu ingredients to pot and cook over low simmer for 1 hour.Let cool.
To assemble mix a few spoons of sauce into the diced tuna, add tuna to the chip and top with avocado!
