2 cups heavy cream
1 stick butter
1 cup of parmesan cheese
2 tsp of nutmeg
salt and pepper
1 pound of fettucine cooked.
Add cream and butter to saucepan, reduce 10 minutes or until thick- do not let cream boil!
Add in parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt & pepper- cook 5 minutes and stir with wire whisk
Toss in cooked pasta and serve!
