Looking for an easy and impressive recipe for BBQ ribs. Well here it is my go to recipe for simple smothered BBQ ribs. I like to use St.Louis Style they are meatier than Baby Back and I like my ribs meaty!
3 racks of St..Louis Style Ribs ( St.Louis Style are more meaty and less fatty than Baby Backs)
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of garlic powder
3 tablespoons of onion powder
3 tablespoons of paprika
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup of apple juice
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce, I used Kraft and it came out great!
salt and pepper
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Combine spices onto ribs, place ribs in roasting pan pour in apple juice wrap tightly with aluminum foil and roast 2 hours.
After 2 hours remove foil and baste with bbq, cook one more hour turning ribs halfway through and continue basting.
